I cannot say enough good things about Paul Davis Restoration. After meeting some unscrupulous contractors, my insurance company recommended Paul Davis. Once I met Derek, I was immediately put at ease and knew I was in good hands. Derek was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy. Derek exemplifies the true meaning of providing customer centric service. Derek was very accommodating and listened to my concerns about mitigation equipment and providing a timeframe of each arrival. Derek always provided next steps and there were never any surprises. Derek called each morning to check-in. Derek made an introduction to our project manager, Louie who was equally professional and wonderful. Louie showed up each day and physically checked each piece of equipment and moved things as needed per the moisture readings. He always kept me abreast of his findings and we always felt like we knew what was happening at each turn. Our mitigation team was also exceptional. They were extremely diligent and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves and we couldn’t have been happier with how tidy and neat they were. I have even raved to my friends and family with how impressed I am with Paul Davis Restoration. When your whole life turns up side down, it is so nice to have a company like Paul Davis Restoration that knows exactly what is required to mitigate the damages and makes a terrible situation so much better.

Our project manager, Derek, is beyond exceptional! The company’s service, professionalism, and transparency have been appreciated. Everyone we have worked with has been prompt in responding, accessible, and we always knew the plan. I always felt like we had a plan/direction through each phase of the project. I highly recommend Paul Davis! My condo flooded in September 2022 and I had severe water damage to both my 1st and 2nd floor! The Paul Davis team was responsive from the moment I spoke to them on the phone while other companies told me it was days before they could come out! Juan and the clean up crew did an amazing job cleaning up and drying the water. Brandon, Justin and Tyler were there throughout the reconstruction process which took 6 months. They were responsive to my every question and request. Justin even offered to come over on a Sunday to help with an issue with my washing machine. They kept me in the loop of timing of all aspects of the reconstruction. Specifically, Justin and Tyler became like family throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better team or experience with Paul Davis! Thank you to everyone! I big shout out to Justin and Tyler! They made me feel like family during a very stressful time! They will always be like family to me!

Last summer when my condo caught fire, I was completely devastated. Thinking it would never happen to me, I barely knew anything about restoration. That’s where Justin came in and brought a lot of light to my situation. He explained everything in great detail, expedited many processes, helped me choose the best products and solutions and on top of that, CARED. He truly cared for my well being and for everything to wrap up smoothly without any added stress to me. The process was long and he exceeded expectations every single time. I will never forget Justin’s assistance through a tough time. He’s a true gem!

We contacted Paul Davis after finding water dripping from our basement dry-walled ceiling. It turns out our dishwasher was leaking and we didn't know how long it had been happening...A team was to our house the morning after I called and the work began immediately. Our project managers, Derek for the water mitigation team and Justin for the remodeling team, were both very professional, responded to questions quickly, and had great communication throughout the project. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get the appropriate workers to the house for each step of the process. The crew from Paul Davis as well as the subcontractors for the remodeling were all considerate of our space, knowledgable and efficient. Tyler did a great job with the trim work and all is looking back (or better) to the original condition.
